Indaba Tree

At every conference, there comes a time when one has a burning desire to talk further – something that has been said has annoyed, confused or inspired you. This year’s Agile Africa conference gives you a unique opportunity to do just this. Come to the Indaba Tree, a dedicated track for ad-hoc conversations where your topic of interest can be explored and shared amongst the community.

There will be a  Lean Coffee to kick off the first day, and an ongoing soap box, fishbowl, and open space for the duration of the conference.  So come and have your say and enjoy some high disagreement with high feedback at the Indaba Tree.

The Indaba Tree will be facilitated by Danie Roux, Sandra Rheeder, Olga Yiannakis and Mariet Visser.

Danie is an independent consultant. During more than a decade of doing agile he has seen both good and bad expressions of it. This has left him with a need to understand the difference that makes the difference. Using this experience Danie has helped teams as small as 3 people and teams as big as 50 to get to grips with the Why and How of value creation.
